  • A GUI has been created for the batter, so that the various operations are now easier to invoke. By allowing the user to delay the pitch until ready, the contact rates may improve.
  • The pitcher model has been reworked to use a smoother, interpolatable frameset, so that it displays more smoothly than before. Reworking animation key-frames is tedious, time-consuming work.
  • The pitcher motion now has variations, such as sidearm vs overhead, windup vs stretch.

Look for the next and hopefully last release of the batter demo in the next week. A pitcher demo will be a ‘couple’ of weeks after that, and then it’s onward to network coding.
